Background music or original sound is allowed and encouraged to add depth and atmosphere, but the story itself must unfold visually.
Participants have the freedom to explore any theme or concept, making this competition a versatile platform for creativity. For instance, you could create a stunning travel vlog that takes viewers on a journey through breathtaking landscapes, archival footage, or everyday scenes to tell a compelling story.
The possibilities are endless. The challenge lies in letting the visuals speak for themselves—whether through cinematic techniques, creative transitions, or text overlays that enhance the narrative. Eligibility
Open to all worldwide, regardless of nationality or professional background.
Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of submission.
Entries must have a runtime of minimum 1 minute, including opening and closing credits.
Submissions must not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
All music, images, and footage included in the film must either be original, licensed, or in the public domain. Filmmakers are required to provide proof of rights clearance upon request.
Any unauthorized use of copyrighted content will result in disqualification without refund.
Submission Guidelines
Submit your entry via our official platform.
Accepted file formats include MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV. Ensure your file is high-quality and ready for screening.
Minimum resolution requirement: 1080p.
All films requiring subtitles must have them in English.
It is the filmmaker’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary rights (e.g., music, archival footage, third-party content) are properly cleared.
The film must be an original work created by the filmmaker.
By submitting your film, you grant the competition the right to screen and promote your work in connection with the event.
You agree to allow your film to be included in event promotional material, including online or print-based marketing.
You have the option to grant FilmSolt the permission to publish your film on our official YouTube channel for promotional purposes, with full credit to the filmmaker.
